In addition to the prices quoted, we charge a customs fee of 50.00 Euros for delivery to countries that do not belong to the EU. The shipping costs are clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
Unless a given offer indicates a different timeframe, goods will be delivered within 4-5 working days after your order nationally (in Germany), within 5-6 working days for deliveries to the European Union, and within 8-10 days for deliveries to Switzerland, United Kingdom, Guernsey or Jersey (relative to when you gave confirmation of payment – where advance payment has been agreed).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with a range of different delivery periods, then we will dispatch the goods in one and the same consignment unless we have made any other agreements with yourself. In that event, please assume that the delivery period will be determined according to your ordered item with the longest delivery time.
