Determine the load on hoist ropes with rope force sensors without any effort.
Rope force sensors provide a simple way to measure the tensile force on hoisting ropes. The sensors can be installed and operated without having to make any changes to the hoisting device. An integrated amplifier generates an interference-free 4…20 mA measurement signal that can be transmitted over long distances to an evaluation unit.
The rope force sensor is suitable for both continuous load monitoring and for detecting overloads and underloads. Together with Primosensor indicators and limit switches, the load can either be visualized and / orthe load can be switched off directly.
