Cancellation policy

Our online store is aimed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), i.e. natural or legal persons or partnerships with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, are acting in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity. Orders from consumers (§ 13 BGB) are not accepted.

Since we only conclude contracts with entrepreneurs, there is no right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions that only apply to consumers (§ 355 BGB).

A return or exchange of delivered goods is excluded without the existence of a material defect, unless expressly agreed otherwise. This applies in particular to individually manufactured or customized products, as these are excluded from exchange and return.
Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this.

Please note: Returns made without prior agreement cannot be accepted. Please contact us before returning an item so that we can coordinate the return process and provide you with the correct return address and other information.

If the purchase constitutes a commercial transaction within the meaning of the German Commercial Code (HGB), the obligation to inspect and give notice of defects pursuant to § 377 HGB shall apply: The goods must be inspected immediately upon receipt and any recognizable defects must be reported immediately. If no notification of defects is made in good time, the goods shall be deemed to have been approved.
