In addition to the listed prices, we charge a flat fee of 60.00 euros for customs clearance for deliveries to countries outside the EU. Shipping costs will be clearly displayed again in the shopping cart and on the order page. In addition, so-called remote area surcharges may apply for deliveries to remote areas (e.g., islands), which we will bill separately.
Due to fluctuating shipping costs to countries outside Europe, these are not listed in our online shop. If you would like to have your order shipped overseas, please contact us and we will send you a current quote including shipping costs to your destination region.
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered within Germany within 4-5 business days, within the European Union within 5-6 business days, and to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Guernsey, or Jersey within 8-10 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
